Meet Charlie — a 2-year-old Beagle weighing about 35 pounds, with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This handsome boy has already been through more than any dog should. Charlie was rescued from a hunter who planned to shoot him simply because he would not hunt. Thankfully, Charlie got the second chance he deserves—and now he’s ready to find a loving home where he can finally just be a dog.

Because of his breed and energy level, Charlie will need a secure yard where he can safely run, sniff, and play. A fenced yard is important for this boy, as he thrives with outdoor time and space to stretch his legs. He would do best with an active family who understands that Beagles love adventure and need regular exercise.

As a fee-based adoption rescue, we do not operate on monthly support or fund raisers. Our adoption fee is $350, and transport is arranged for post-adoption. The fee is tax-deductible, as we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Should you choose to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee remains the same. Thank you for your valuable support.
