Finn is a happy, lively puppy with all the wonderful qualities that make Potcakes so special—he’s smart, affectionate, playful, and full of heart.

This little guy loves running around the backyard, playing fetch, chewing on his favorite bones, and playing with his toys. Once the fun is over, Finn is equally happy settling in for some quality snuggle time with his people.

Finn is both house trained and leash trained and is doing well with the dogs in his foster home. He is food motivated and eager to please, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He is currently working on crate training and is still learning that the crate can be a comfortable place to relax.

Finn is also getting acquainted with his foster cat sibling. At this point, he is very interested in the cat and wants to play, so he is continuing to learn appropriate boundaries.

We think Finn would thrive with a family who enjoys walks, outdoor adventures, playtime, and making their dog a true part of everyday life. Like any young puppy, he will benefit from a patient family willing to provide consistency, structure, continued training, and plenty of opportunities to burn off some puppy energy.

Finn has so much love to give and is ready to grow up with a family of his own. If you’re looking for a fun little adventure buddy who will happily follow up a day of play with some serious snuggle time, Finn might be your guy.
