This 3-month-old Basset Hound mix currently weighs 25 pounds and is expected to grow into a fun-loving medium-sized companion with plenty of personality packed into his delightfully low-to-the-ground frame.

Whether he's exploring the backyard, chasing after a favorite toy, or happily soaking up attention from his people, Rusty approaches every moment with joyful enthusiasm and a tail that's almost always wagging.

S.T.A.R. Group, Inc is a foster-based organization located in Corpus Christi, TX. All pets are in a foster home in South Texas and are transported once adopted. Our animals are listed in different cities throughout the country that has transport available.

Adoption Fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, current on recommended preventions and a ride on the next available transport to their new families' area.

Applications are processed in the order they are received. S.T.A.R. Group is made up of volunteers, so please give us a couple of days to begin processing your application.
