Meet Bailey!

Bailey is a 27-pound adorable Aussie who came to us from a kill shelter in North Carolina. When she arrived, she was incredibly stressed, terrified, and anxious. We don’t know what her life looked like before the shelter, but we knew this sweet girl deserved a chance to feel safe—and our trainer stepped up to help her.

And WOW, has Bailey been a rockstar! She has gained so much confidence and has come such a long way. Once Bailey learns to trust you, she is an absolute joy to have around. Her playful, silly personality comes out, and you get to see what a fun girl she really is!

Bailey is still a work in progress, so we are looking for a special home that understands that building trust takes time. Her ideal family will be made up of people who are not only dog lovers, but who also have experience with dogs and understand canine behavior and handling. Experience is key for this girl.

Bailey MUST have another dog in her new home. She absolutely LOVES playing with other dogs, and having a confident canine friend will help her continue learning, gaining confidence, and discovering how much fun being a dog can be.

A secure fenced yard is a must, along with a family who will give her plenty of walks, patience, structure, and positive guidance.

Bailey may need a little time to show you her true self, but once she trusts you, she is worth the wait. We are looking for that special, experienced family who will continue helping Bailey blossom into the confident, happy girl we know she can be.
