Meet Iroh!

Iroh is an approximately 3-year-old smaller Australian Shepherd at around 45 pounds, with a sweet personality and just the right amount of playful energy. He’s a mild-mannered, happy guy who is always ready to learn, explore, and show you what a good boy he can be.

Iroh already knows his sit, stay, and release commands, and he is both potty trained and crate trained. He is also an absolute star when it comes to food manners. He has zero food aggression and is wonderfully motivated by treats, which makes training him a whole lot of fun!

His favorite activities include puzzle toys and anything that lets him put his brain to work. He walks okay on a leash and would benefit from some continued leash training, but he’s eager to learn and has a great foundation to build on.

Iroh was reported to be good with children in his previous home but he has not yet been tested with children with the rescue or with cats (but he was calm around an outside bunny so he may be good with small critters) we can't make promises there just yet. However, his gentle, easygoing temperament makes us hopeful that he could do well with the right introductions.
