DESCRIPTION
Coconut is a 4-month-old mixed breed puppy who currently weighs around 17 pounds, and she's every bit as sweet as her name suggests. She absolutely adores people and has yet to meet a stranger. If you're willing to hand out belly rubs, she'll happily be your new best friend. Affection is her love language, and cuddling is one of her favorite hobbies.
On walks, Coconut is convinced every dog is a potential friend. She eagerly tries to say hello, and while an enthusiastic bark might make her pause for a moment, she always responds with kindness and never with aggression. She's curious, social, and excited to explore the world around her.
As a young puppy, Coconut is still working on her house-training and crate-training, and she's making great progress every day. Like any puppy, she'll do best with an adopter who is ready to provide consistency, structure, and positive training as she grows into the wonderful adult dog she's meant to be. In return, you'll get a loving, happy companion who's already mastered the art of stealing hearts.
Registered adopters interested in Coconut can email adopt@hbrdogs.com for more info. If you're not registered yet, apply today at hbrdogs.com.
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD DOG BREED
The Australian Shepherd is a highly intelligent and energetic herding dog known for its loyalty and work ethic. Originating in the United States, despite its name, this breed is prized for its agility, trainability, and versatility in various dog sports and activities. Australian Shepherds have a distinctive medium length coat that comes in different colors, often with unique merle patterns. With proper training, socialization, and exercise, these dogs make excellent companions for active families and individuals seeking a devoted and playful four legged friend.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
