Meet Waylon.

This handsome 6-year-old, 64-pound Australian Shepherd was recently surrendered, at no fault of his own, and the shelter environment has been really hard on him.

Waylon is truly such a good, sweet boy, and his previous family shared that he behaves and listens well, and does great when left alone. He previously lived with two small children and is described as kid-friendly.

Waylon is the total package:

House-trained, potty-trained & crate-trained
Kid-friendly
Reportedly does well with other dogs
Calm and non-reactive when introduced to the shelter cat
Walks well on leash
Behaves and listens well
Does well when left alone
And most importantly... he is incredibly sweet and handsome.

Waylon knows what it feels like to have a home. He knows what it's like to have a family, a soft place to sleep, and people to love. He's ready to open his heart and love again .
