Meet Yotte—short for Coyote! Don't let his pictures fool you... this handsome guy is smaller than he looks at just 29 lbs! We think he may be an Aussie mix, and he's around 1–1.5 years old.
Yotte is ALL about his people. He loves attention, soaking up pets, and even climbing into his foster's lap for some cuddle time. He's also been super playful with other dogs, including one three times his size! He seems to be housebroken with no potty accidents so far, although he'll need some supervision since he has discovered that furniture can be pretty fun to chew. He is currently on treatment for Lyme.
Yotte is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find a forever family who will give him all the love and attention he's been craving!

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD DOG BREED
The Australian Shepherd is a highly intelligent and energetic herding dog known for its loyalty and work ethic. Originating in the United States, despite its name, this breed is prized for its agility, trainability, and versatility in various dog sports and activities. Australian Shepherds have a distinctive medium length coat that comes in different colors, often with unique merle patterns. With proper training, socialization, and exercise, these dogs make excellent companions for active families and individuals seeking a devoted and playful four legged friend.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
