Jimmy is potty trained, crate trained, and has excellent house manners. While he may bark when meeting new people, he settles quickly and eagerly accepts all the affection he can get.
Jimmy has always lived with his more confident dad and has generally taken a submissive role. Because of this, we think he may truly thrive as an only dog where he can blossom and find his own way in the world. He may also do well with another dog after a proper meet-and-greet. Jimmy has lived with cats and does great with them, and he's been wonderful with the children he's met, including a 3-year-old.
A fenced yard isn't required, but Jimmy would love one! Running, playing, and exploring outdoors are some of his favorite things.
