DESCRIPTION
Meet Hansel 🐾
Hansel is a black and brown Australian Shepherd mix puppy who has two main goals in life:
Be where you are
Know what you're doing at all times
He's expected to be around 40-55 lbs full grown and is already showing off the smarts his breed is known for. Hansel is a quick learner, very people-focused, and loves hanging out with other dogs. If you go outside, he's right behind you. If you move to a different spot in the yard, he's already on his way. Personal space? He's not familiar with that concept yet.
As an Australian Shepherd mix, Hansel will do best in a home that can keep both his body and brain busy--think walks, playtime, and some training to channel all that cleverness into good habits.
He'll be ready for his new home on 5/6.
Please note: We do not adopt puppies together.
If you're looking for a loyal little sidekick who's equal parts smart, active, and slightly nosy (in a very cute way), Hansel might be your guy. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application at https://caws.org/adoption-application
