The Brewers Litter Needs Foster or Adopters by 5/29 to Secure Their Ride to Wisconsin
The Brewers litter is currently in a shelter in Georgia and need a FOSTER or ADOPTER to secure their spots on the transport to Cedarburg with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on 5/29. These little rookies are hoping to make their way north and find loving families ready to cheer them on through all of life’s innings.
Meet the Brewers Litter:
These pups are about 9-weeks-old and thought to be Aussie/Jack Russell mix puppies (best guess). Coming from a heartbreaking neglect situation in Georgia, these puppies are ready to leave shelter life behind and start their next chapter.
At around 5 pounds each, this tiny team is playful, goofy, affectionate, and full of puppy energy. Whether they’re tumbling around with their littermates, chasing toys, or cuddling up after playtime, these pups are sure to hit a home run with anyone who meets them.
Like any young puppies, they are still learning the basics and will need patient families willing to help with potty training, crate training, socialization, and all the important puppy lessons. They may be small, but they’ve already proven to be resilient little all-stars.

This sweet little roster deserves the chance to grow up in loving homes instead of a shelter. If you’re interested in fostering or adopting one of these future MVPs, please apply today.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1.) Apply: Fill out an adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents.
2.) Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email.
3.) Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: After approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5-day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure it's the right fit.
4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue.
5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process, we conduct a home visit either in person or via Zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have.
6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. The procedure MUST be done at HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI, or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI. If you would like to go through your veterinarian or another location, we will reimburse $125 once we receive proof of the procedure. We recommend spay/neuter around 6 months old.
**Note: Adoptions are not considered final until the dog is neutered/spayed if applicable**
