This handsome boy with an infectious smile is the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and easygoing. He absolutely loves to cuddle and will happily curl up beside you after a fun play session. Beware Rusty is a face licker as it is his favorite way to show affection!

He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys having canine companions to play with. He's also very quiet around the house, making him an easy roommate. Smart and eager to learn, he enjoys playtime but also knows when it's time to relax and take a nap.

He's made great progress with his potty training and understands that he should go outside now. Like many dogs, he may occasionally have an accident, especially during rainy weather or during times of transition.

He tolerates cats and can peacefully coexist with them, especially with proper introductions.

One thing to know about this athletic boy-he can jump surprisingly high! Because of this, he'll do best with a secure fenced yard or an owner who will supervise him closely while he's outside. He also needs a lot of training on a leash as going for walks is completely new for him.
