Meet Ned, one of Andie’s adorable “Three Amigos”!

Ned is an 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy whose mama, Andie, is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. This sweet, healthy little boy is ready to find a family who will help him grow into a happy, confident companion!

Ned is just beginning to learn about the world. Like any young puppy, he will need patience, supervision, plenty of rest, and a consistent routine. His future family should be ready to work on potty training, crate training, appropriate chewing, and learning how to settle.

You won’t be doing it alone! Ned is part of the Ozzie Albies Foundation’s Best Chance Program, which includes three required training sessions and ongoing support. Our trainers will guide you through crate training, structured feeding, place work, and age-appropriate activities to help build good habits from the beginning.

We’re looking for a committed adopter who will attend the training sessions and continue practicing these routines at home. You’ll also receive free access to the Mirror Image Extended Pack, a virtual training community where you can ask questions, connect with other dog owners, and receive guidance from trainers.

Ned’s adoption fee is waived, and the foundation will cover his neuter surgery when he is old enough and cleared by our veterinarian.

This little amigo has a whole lifetime ahead of him. If you’re ready to provide love, structure, and commitment through puppyhood and beyond, please complete the adoption application above!

The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.

The Mastiff, a large and powerful breed with a history dating back to ancient times, is known for its gentle and loyal nature. These dogs are devoted family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Despite their imposing size, Mastiffs are typically calm and patient, making them excellent protectors and watchdogs. With a distinctive wrinkled face and a massive build, Mastiffs require proper training and socialization to thrive in various environments.
