Meet Dusty, one of Andie’s adorable “Three Amigos”!

Dusty is an 8-week-old mixed-breed puppy whose mama, Andie, is an Australian Cattle Dog mix. This sweet, healthy little boy has been growing alongside his brothers, Lucky and Ned, and is now ready to find a family of his own!

At this age, everything is a learning opportunity. Dusty needs a patient family ready to guide him through potty training, crate training, puppy chewing, and learning how to settle. Consistent routines, age-appropriate play, and plenty of sleep will help him grow into a confident companion.

Your family will have support every step of the way! Dusty is part of the Ozzie Albies Foundation’s Best Chance Program, which includes three required training sessions and ongoing guidance. Our trainers will help you establish crate training, structured feeding, place work, and good habits from the beginning.

We’re looking for a committed adopter who will attend the training sessions, follow our trainers’ guidance, and continue practicing at home. You’ll also receive free access to the Mirror Image Extended Pack, a virtual training community where you can ask questions, receive trainer support, and connect with other dog owners.

Dusty’s adoption fee is waived, and the foundation will cover his neuter surgery when he is old enough and cleared by our veterinarian.

Puppyhood takes time and commitment, and Dusty deserves a family ready to support him through every stage of life. If that sounds like you, complete the adoption application above!

The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.

The Mastiff, a large and powerful breed with a history dating back to ancient times, is known for its gentle and loyal nature. These dogs are devoted family companions, often forming strong bonds with their owners. Despite their imposing size, Mastiffs are typically calm and patient, making them excellent protectors and watchdogs. With a distinctive wrinkled face and a massive build, Mastiffs require proper training and socialization to thrive in various environments.
