Gidget - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler and Cattle Dog Dog for Adoption in Magnolia, Texas

Meet Gidget: The Gentle Red Heeler with a Heart-Melting Smile
Looking for a loyal, loving companion who just wants to be wherever you are? Gidget is your girl.
This beautiful Red Heeler has a rich reddish-brown coat and a sweet, easygoing nature. She was found wandering in the August heat and followed us home. Despite extensive searching, no owner ever came forward, so she's now ready for her forever home or a dedicated rescue partner.
At about 4 years old and 40 lbs, Gidget is far more laid-back than most Heelers. A daily walk, some time exploring the yard, and a spot at your heels are all she needs. She's fully house trained and spends her days quietly lounging in a home office.
Gidget at a Glance
• Personality: Gentle, affectionate, and sweet. She loves to cuddle and play with her toys.
• House Manners: 100% house trained.
• Leash & Yard: Walks nicely on a leash and stays close by your side in the yard. She doesn't bark at passersby or other dogs on walks.
• Fully Vetted: Spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on flea and heartworm preventatives. She's also in slow-method heartworm treatment, with the next round due in February. Complete vet records are available.
• Ideal Home: Gidget will do best as the one and only pet (no cats or other dogs), where she can enjoy all the attention and love she deserves.
Her history with children is unknown, since she hasn't been around kids in our care. We recommend slow, structured introductions, or an adult-focused home.
Gidget is ready to bring endless joy and companionship to her forever family. Message us with any questions or to set up a meet and greet with this sweet girl!
