Covan belonged to a truck driver from Florida. Covan got out and was picked up by Ozark Animal Control. Covan's owner was contacted but he never came back for him. He is a good boy but becoming very stressed in the shelter. He is sweet a little mouthy like a typical Heeler. Covan has tested well with dog's male and female in the shelter.
