Heart is a 7.5 year old Heeler mix weighing 57 pounds with the sweetest soul and the kind of calm, comforting presence that instantly makes a house feel like home. One look into her soft eyes and you'll quickly realize this girl isn't just stealing hearts... she is Heart.

This lovely girl arrived as an unclaimed stray with some hair loss and is currently receiving treatment, but despite everything she's been through, she has remained incredibly loving, gentle, and grateful for every bit of kindness she receives. She's proof that even dogs with broken pasts can still have hearts overflowing with love to give.

Heart does wonderfully with both big and small dogs and even cuddles with cats like they're lifelong best friends. She does best with calmer, submissive dogs who match her peaceful vibe. She happily shares treats and food with other dogs, enjoys relaxing playgroups, and prefers a low drama lifestyle filled with sunshine, snacks, and snuggles.

She is potty trained, crate trained, knows how to use a dog door, walks well on leash, and loves car rides. She prefers being crated when left unattended and settles in beautifully with her fluffy blankets and cozy dog beds. Her favorite activities include sunbathing, couch cuddles, cat snuggles, and dramatically rolling around in the grass for back rubs while making the CUTEST little piggie snorts and grunts imaginable. Seriously... her tiny snorts might cure sadness.

Heart is low energy, calm, affectionate, and easygoing. She's the kind of girl who will happily spend her days snoozing beside you, supervising snack time, and reminding you that life is better when you slow down and enjoy the simple things.

This sweet girl has spent enough time being overlooked and is more than ready to find someone who will give her their whole heart... because she'll absolutely give you hers in return. If you're looking for a loyal couch buddy with piggie noises, endless cuddles, and a heart bigger than Texas, Heart is ready to be your happily ever after.

*About us*
All Aboard saves animals from euthanasia lists at high-kill shelters, giving them a ticket for a second chance. With a passionate team we are a foster-based animal rescue, partnering with the community to provide shelter and resources prioritizing the animals' well-being.

Every adoption fee directly helps a rescued animal make it safely from a shelter to a loving home. As a nonprofit, we put these fees right back into vet care, food, transport, and all the support to help the next animal.
You're not just adopting, you're saving a life and fueling another rescue journey!

*Our Mission*
At All Aboard Animal Rescue, our mission is to address the global pet overpopulation crisis through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
We are dedicated to making a difference by providing essential resources and compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for animals. As their voice, we advocate for their well-being by raising awareness about the shelter crisis, promoting responsible pet guardianship, and ensuring the compassionate treatment of all animals.

*Our Vision*
We envision a world where every animal is understood with empathy, treated with kindness and respect, and where the unique bond between humans and animals is cherished - enriching all lives.

*Spay & Neuter is required by law in Colorado, helping to break the cycle of unwanted litters.*

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED

Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
