Oreo - Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler Dog for Adoption in Bend, Oregon

Meet Oreo! The Happiest Little Tripod!

Two years old, three legs, and approximately a million reasons to smile!

Meet Oreo, a happy go lucky Heeler who proves that you don’t need four legs to live life to the fullest! This sweet boy recently had to have one of his legs amputated due to an old injury that unfortunately couldn’t be repaired. But don’t let his missing leg fool you... Oreo hasn’t let it steal one ounce of his happiness!

Oreo is a total Velcro dog. His favorite place in the world is wherever his people are. He wants to be included, loved, and right by your side. He’s great with other dogs, good with children, and house trained. We’re still unsure how he feels about cats.

And then there’s Oreo’s personality... He has this hilarious habit of groaning like an old man who’s just had enough of his wife’s shenanigans. You can practically hear him saying, “Not this again!” He’s got character, charm, and enough personality to keep you laughing.

Oreo isn’t looking for sympathy. He’s looking for someone to love him, include him, and let him be their best buddy. Three legs, a big heart, and a whole lot of love to give.

Could your home be the one he’s been waiting for?

Oreo is ready for his happily ever after! Submit an application at Hdrescueoregon.com. $400 adoption fee.
