Toga is a fun, playful Cattle Dog mix who came to us as a stray, so unfortunately, his history is a mystery. What we do know is that this boy is resilient, energetic, and full of personality!

Toga loves to have fun and is always ready for his next adventure. Since his history is unknown, we're also unsure how he feels about children or other animals, so introductions will need to be handled thoughtfully.
