Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler and Australian Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Okolona, Mississippi

At Wags Louise has thrived, she loves to run and play with all the dogs at the rescue and then cuddle up together in a puppy pile to nap. Louise is just a darling girl, she is a mischievous, friendly and happy girl who gives the best kisses. She is still in Mississippi, but ready to come up to the northeast soon. Louise needs a family willing to give her the attention and training her needs to grow up to be the very good girl we know she can be. Louise has had all of her vaccinations and has been spayed. She’s pretty much house trained at the Rescue, but will likely need a refresher as she adjusts to a new home

A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away.
Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue.
Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. Sometimes we’re able to bring up dogs into a foster home in the northeast, we always need foster homes!
