Billy Bob is a 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix weighing about 75 pounds, and he truly is the definition of a gentle giant. Calm, patient, and incredibly kind, Billy Bob has the type of personality that instantly puts everyone around him at ease.
This handsome boy was pulled from a rural Southern shelter where he was scheduled to be euthanized if rescue didn't step in. Thankfully, we were able to save him—and from the moment he arrived, he has proven to be everything we hoped for and more. He has been nothing short of the best boy.
Billy Bob is wonderful with dogs, cats, and kids. He walks beautifully on a loose leash, takes everything in stride, and has an incredibly steady temperament. Loud noises, busy environments, or new experiences don't seem to faze him. He simply takes life one step at a time with a calm confidence that's truly special.
He's happy just being loved and spending time with his people. His easygoing nature, incredible patience, and soothing presence make us believe he'd make an outstanding therapy dog. He has a way of bringing peace wherever he goes.

Adoption Information
Billy Bob's adoption fee is 400, which is tax-deductible. To apply to adopt Billy Bob, please send an email with the subject line "Billy Bob". He will go home with a collar and leash, two food bowls, some food, treats, a toy, and all medical and microchip information to help make his transition to his forever home smooth and easy.
