Its been months since Katie was officially cleared for adoption, and somehow shes still searching for her forever family.
Katie has made the most incredible transformation. She loves doggy daycare, enjoys being around people, and is thriving in her foster home. Every day she becomes more confident and shows everyone just how special she is.
At just 23 years old and around 45 pounds, Katie is affectionate, playful, crate trained, and does well with other dogs when introduced properly. She loves walks, car rides, couch cuddles, and being included in everyday life.
Katie was rescued in October 2025 after surviving horrific abuse and suffering severe injuries. Despite everything shes been through, she has the biggest heart and so much love to give. She refuses to let her past define her.
We know her perfect family is out there. She just needs someone to take a chance on her.
