She is eight months old, white and gray, and sitting there looking up at you with a face so sweet it genuinely stops you in your tracks.

Penny is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix with a soft speckled coat, a perfectly pink and black nose, and the kind of gentle, open expression that makes you want to sit down on the floor right next to her immediately. She is arriving August 22nd, good with kids, other dogs, and cats, and at eight months old she is right in that golden window — past the tiniest puppy chaos, still young enough to grow into your life like she was always meant to be there.

She is looking up at you in that photo with her whole heart. No games. No pretense. Just a good dog who wants a good life and has so much love to give.
