MEET SAPPORO — 53 POUNDS OF HANDSOME & HAPPY!

Hi there! My name is Sapporo, and I was born in August 2024. My people say Im an American Staffordshire Terrier mix, and at 53 pounds, Im a pretty handsome fella if I do say so myself.

Im a friendly, happy boy who absolutely loves his people. Im ready to find a family of my very own and start living my best life!

Dogs? Absolutely!
I enjoy other dogs and would happily share my new home with a canine buddy. But another dog definitely isnt a requirement. Id be perfectly content being your one-and-only and having an occasional doggy friend to play with. More attention for me, right?

Cats?
Ive never been around cats, so my rescue people are going to play it safe and say no furry felines in my new home.

Adventures? Count me in!
I walk well on a leash and love getting out and about. Of course, practice makes perfect, so Id love a family that will keep working with me. Neighborhood walks, exploring new places, hiking trails or weekend adventures all sound pretty great to me!

And toys? YES, PLEASE!
Im not picky—I love pretty much any kind of toy. Give me something to play with and Im one happy guy!

Im also crate trained, which is another gold star for me.

Most of all, Im just a sweet, friendly boy looking for someone who will make me part of their family. Whether I have another dog to romp around with or get to soak up all the attention myself, Ill be happy as long as I have people to love.
