Corina’s story is one of survival, resilience, and hope.

She came into the shelter alongside her brother in heartbreaking condition — both severely emaciated and struggling just to survive. Despite everything she had been through, Corina remained gentle, sweet, and eager for love.

Now safe with Pep’s Pals Rescue, Corina is finally learning what it means to feel cared for. She is gaining weight, receiving proper nutrition and veterinary care, and slowly blossoming into the beautiful dog she was always meant to be.

Corina has a soft, loving personality and enjoys being close to people. She has the kind of soulful eyes that tell a story, and all she truly wants is a safe home where she will never have to worry about being hungry or abandoned again.

She is still young and has so much life ahead of her. With patience, love, and stability, Corina is going to make an incredible companion for a lucky family.

Corina is currently fostered in Texas and being treated for heartworm but available for adoption and transport out of state.

Her adoption fee is $350. Transport ranges from $200–$250 depending on location. Health certificates typically range from $50–$100.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
