ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: 8 puppies born in our care to a beautiful brindle coat mom in early February.

Notes from the foster: Rune is the kind of puppy who always seems to be asking, "What's next?"

Curious, playful, and full of personality, he loves exploring his surroundings, discovering new toys, and jumping right into playtime with his siblings. He has that natural sense of adventure-always ready to check out what's on the other side of the door, around the corner, or just out of reach.

But it's not all go-go-go. Rune balances his curiosity with a genuinely sweet and affectionate nature. He enjoys attention, connects easily with people, and brings a joyful, upbeat energy wherever he goes.

It's no surprise he was one of the first to embrace the litter's doggie door discovery-Rune doesn't just notice opportunities... he goes for them.

He's currently living with other dogs (and has been exposed to cats) and is doing well, showing the typical adaptability you'd expect from a young puppy.
