Chompers is approximately 6 years old, 70 pounds, and quite possibly one of the sweetest, easiest, most lovable dogs you'll ever meet!

He LOVES everyone! Dogs, cats, kids, adults, you name it! He has a gentle, easygoing personality and is happiest just being near his people. He's potty trained, completely non-destructive, and doesn't need to be crated when left alone. Give him a comfy bed and a cozy place to nap, and he's perfectly content!

And did we mention the snuggles? Because Chompers is a **world-class cuddler!** He absolutely adores affection, belly rubs, butt scratches, and curling up close to his favorite humans. He also has occasional bursts of playful, goofy energy that will have you laughing!

Chompers has been diagnosed with **idiopathic epilepsy**, a neurological condition that causes seizures. Thankfully, with the help of his veterinary team and neurologist, his condition is being managed with medication.

Chompers will need to remain on his prescribed medications for life, along with routine check-ins with a neurologist to monitor his condition and adjust treatment as needed.

While his epilepsy requires a little extra care and commitment, it doesn't define him or take away from the incredible companion he is. His seizures have improved significantly with treatment, and he continues to enjoy a happy, comfortable life filled with naps, snuggles, and love.
