Frannie's smile will melt your heart! She was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 4/30. Frannie is 3 years old and weighs in at 61 pounds. She is so stinkin cute and as sweet as can be. She knows to sit, stay, shake and lay down when asked. She loves her play time. She does have a skin allergy that the staff are aware of.
