Meet Legend.

Legend came into Animal Control in heartbreaking condition — emaciated, neglected, and clearly having had a rough road. Somehow, through it all, he never stopped being a good boy.

He gained weight, got stronger, and waited patiently for someone to choose him. Day after day, people passed him by.

So WE chose him

Legend is 2ish years old, 60 pounds, heartworm positive, and officially headed to be part of the PCBP family. He began his heartworm treatment and will be ready tomorrow for a foster or forever home where he can rest, heal, and finally learn what it's like to be loved.
