Hello there, my name is Raven!

I’m a beautiful 5-year-old Akita mix with a calm, independent spirit and a quiet appreciation for the finer things in life. I’m not one for chaos—I prefer a peaceful home where I can mind my own business and enjoy my space. I’d be happiest as your one-and-only dog, but I could also share my home with a mellow canine companion who respects my boundaries and keeps things low-key.

I truly am the finest companion west of the Mississippi. I get to spend my days sharing an office with 2 staff members and they RAVE about me. I appreciate getting my ears scratched when they have time, but I am perfectly content to listen to their phone conversations and between themselves or greeting visitors to their office. They are 2 busy people and are gone from their office too which doesn't bother me at all. I patiently wait for their return.

I only have once complaint about sharing their office. The office does not have any windows. My favorite pastime is stretching out in a warm sunbeam with a good bully stick to chew on. It’s pure bliss. Do you have at least one window where the sun shines through? Man, I would enjoy that but no worries if you don't. I will be your devoted companion, no matter what. I love companionship, but I also value my independence and would make a wonderful match for someone who understands and appreciates a dog with a dignified, relaxed nature.
