Meet Maceo (52882), a 2 year old male akita! Maceo is a nice and tolerant boy who is friendly towards humans. Akitas are a working breed who are used to having a job to do. You need to keep them occupied to ensure that they remain on their best behavior. Akitas are also more aloof and tend not to be cuddlers. If you have any other dogs at home, they must come in to meet Maceo to make sure they get along with him. We also recommend he goes to a home with previous akita or working breed experience.
