Toodee- 52401 - Quaker Parakeet Bird for Adoption in Columbia, Maryland

Meet Toodee (52401), a 1 year old male Quaker parrot! Toodee is an outgoing and intelligent young boy. We think he was hand raised because he is very friendly and docile and will eat food out of your hand. Toodee is very young and as he grows, he will find his voice and his mischievous side will come out. Quaker parrots are known to be highly intelligent and need both mental and physical activities to keep them stimulated and prevent boredom. Toodee needs to go to an experienced bird owner who is willing to send a few hours a day socializing and handling him so he can continue to be on his best behavior. Quaker parrots are also known for their squawking and mimicking, which can disturb close neighbors. Because of this, he cannot go home to an apartment.
