Meet the newest member of "Spooky" Cat Club, Fearia!
This beautiful grey and white tuxedo girl is a bit shy, especially when she is first getting to know you. She absolutely loves cuddles, praise, and human attention. She was found outside living on the streets of Sharon Hill. She was being taken care of by a kind neighbor who was feeding her and getting to know her better. While she was living outside, she ended up being bit by another outdoor cat. She was given a Covenia shot, and that is why she has a little bald spot above her tail. They needed to shave her to administer the booster, but the hair will grow back just fine.
Luckily, the bite didn't have any long-term effects. Fearia tested negative for both FIV and FelV. Her woulnd was cleaned and treated, and she is perfectly healthy. Other than the hair that still needs to grow back, her being bitten is a distant memory, replaced by so many good memories since being brought indoors.
Fearia is always up for a game of chase the laser, or tackle the wand toy. She likes being around people, so interactive toys and games are her favorite. And while she does enjoy having toys around for the occasional spontaneous playtime, when she is not actively engaging with you, she prefers to explore the house for comfy resting spots, and then testing them out, rather than being a hyper playful girl.
Fearia is between 1 and 2 years old. She has been around adults and children without any issues. She has spent time with cats. Friendly cats are okay after she has a chance to get familiar with them. Two cats at her foster home hissed at her, so she decided to not even bother trying to hang out with them anymore. She has not had any experience with dogs, but we believe if the dog is calm and receptive to cats, that she would do fine in a home with that dog, after a gradual introduction, of course. Overall, she would thrive best in a calm, quiet house with not too much disruptions, noise, or action.
Fearia is available now!
