Citizen (Cici) - Tuxedo and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption

Citizen (nickname: Cici) is a naughty male cat. He was born around September 1, 2025, in Flushing, Queens, New York. Before he was six weeks old, he was a stray. He was fostered when he was six weeks old. His foster mom passed the citizenship exam the same week he was taken home. So he was named Citizen.

Citizen has long limbs. He is always full of energy and loves running around the house. He is a big eater. Eating two to three cans of food plus treats daily, he has grown from 1.5 lbs when he first arrived to 10+ lbs now. He is fully vaccinated and was neutered at six months of age. He grew up alongside two "big sisters" in his foster home.

Things Citizen loves to do:
1. Lounge on the windowsill and watch the view outside.
2. Give a gentle nip while being petted.
3. Run over and lightly tap your leg as you walk by.
4. Quietly snuggle up next to you while you nap.
5. Sprint to your side the moment he hears the sound of a food can opening.
6. Hide immediately upon hearing the doorbell ring.
7. Rush to the door to greet you when he hears the sound of keys unlocking the door.
8. Pester his two older cat sisters, often getting a swat in return .
