Indie is a very sweet, social girl looking for a loving home. Indie was born in my mother-in-laws garage in March 2026 and quickly after, my MIL moved into assisted living due to dementia.

Indie lived with other cats and dogs and is great with other animals. She is very sweet, loves to explore, and very playful and she is beautiful!

The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.

All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. If they have been rescued as kittens under 4 months, they will not have a rabies vaccine. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.

We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.

The Tortoiseshell cat is known for its unique coat pattern that blends various hues of red, black, and orange in a striking mosaic. These cats are predominantly female due to the genetics behind their coat coloration. Tortoiseshells are often affectionate and independent, with individual personalities that shine through.
