Eddie and Wilbur may not be littermates, but they're brothers in every way that matters.

These two boys were rescued as tiny kittens from two separate precarious situations and found safety in the same foster home. From the very beginning, they chose each other, forming an unbreakable bond that only grew stronger during the many months they spent in foster care. They were finally adopted together when they were about eight months old.

Sadly, just a few months later, they were returned to our rescue after Eddie was diagnosed with a condition requiring double FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery. Eddie underwent two successful surgeries six weeks apart, and throughout his recovery, Wilbur remained his devoted companion.

Today, Eddie has recovered beautifully and is the easiest, most loving boy youll ever meet. He adores people, loves affection, and has a calm, gentle personality that makes everyone who meets him fall in love.

Wilbur is a little more reserved and appreciates a patient home where he can settle in at his own pace. His bond with Eddie is heartwarming to watch. The moment Eddie walks into the room, Wilbur comes running to greet him, rubbing against him for reassurance and companionship. Eddie is Wilburs safe place, and Wilbur is never happier than when theyre together.

These boys truly complement one another—Eddie brings confidence and affection, while Wilbur offers quiet sweetness and unwavering devotion. They have already overcome so much together, and they deserve a family that will cherish them both for the rest of their lives.

Because of their extraordinary bond, Eddie and Wilbur must be adopted together.

All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. If they have been rescued as kittens under 4 months, they will not have a rabies vaccine. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.

We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
