Malbec is an 8-week-old tortie girl with endless curiosity and absolutely no plans to sit still for long. This playful little explorer believes every room is an expedition, every toy is treasure, and every lap is the perfect place for a quick cuddle break before her next adventure. She’s active, adventurous, and wonderfully sweet — the kind of kitten who will chase a toy mouse at full speed, suddenly notice a dust particle halfway across the room, forget what she was doing entirely, and then come running back for snuggles like nothing happened. Typical tortie behavior? We think so. Malbec loves climbing, investigating, and helping with absolutely everything. She’s brave, affectionate, and always ready to turn ordinary moments into tiny kitten escapades. When the zoomies are over, she’s happy to curl up close and soak up all the cuddles she can get.

Malbec could be adopted alone but would prefer to spend her younger months with other family pets or someone who is home most of the day! She would also love to be adopted with her brother or one of her sisters, Bordeaux, Tempernillo, or Prosecco. She will be available for adoption after May 22, and will be spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, and microchipped. Her mother tested negative for FIV, FelV, and heartworm. She is litterbox trained, eating dry and canned food, and easy to load in a carrier. You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
