Meet this tiny chaos gremlin: Bordeaux is an 8-week-old brown tabby boy with major “main character energy.” He’s playful, active, endlessly curious, and fully convinced the world revolves around him — honestly, he might be right. One minute he’s launching himself across the room after a toy mouse, and the next he’s glaring dramatically from across the couch like you’ve personally ruined his life by serving breakfast 12 minutes late. Despite growing up with three sisters, he’s independent and confident, the kind of kitten who likes affection on *his* terms. Think “solo artist” with a side of tiny dictator. He doesn’t need constant cuddles to thrive, but he does appreciate loyal staff members willing to admire his athleticism and tolerate the occasional judgmental stare.

Despite the attitude, he’s still very much a kitten — energetic, entertaining, and guaranteed to make you laugh daily. He’d do best with someone who appreciates a cat with a big personality and doesn’t expect a clingy lap kitten 24/7. Bordeaux could be adopted alone but would prefer to spend his younger months with other family pets, someone who is home most of the day, or possibly adopted with one of his sisters, Malbec, Tempernillo, or Prosecco. He will be available for adoption after May 22, and will be neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. His mother tested negative for FIV, FelV, and heartworm. He is litterbox trained, eating dry and canned food, and easy to load in a carrier. If you’re looking for a hilarious little sidekick with opinions, swagger, and endless tabby antics, this boy is ready to supervise your household immediately.

You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
