Meet Lucky — One Little Camper Who Is Lucky to Be Safe!
Born in mid-May 2026, Lucky is an adorable short-haired brown tabby with white markings and the cutest, most expressive eyes. This handsome little guy was found by hikers at Ohiopyle when he was approximately three months old. Clearly an inexperienced camper, Lucky had gotten lost and needed a helping hand. Thankfully, his hikers found him just in time, and his outdoor-adventure days are officially over!
Lucky is now happy, healthy, and ready to find a safe indoor home of his own. He is always excited to see you and has plenty of playful kitten energy. It takes a lot to wear this little explorer out, but once he is ready for a break, he happily turns on his purr motor and settles in for cuddles.
Lucky has not yet been around dogs, but with a patient introduction, we believe he could learn to become friends with a respectful canine companion. Like every kitten, he will need plenty of toys, scratching surfaces, playtime, affection, and a family committed to keeping him safely indoors.
Kittens often do best when adopted with a friend. Two kittens can play, wrestle, explore, and burn off all that energy together while also teaching each other important social skills and providing companionship when their people are busy.
