While his brothers might dive headfirst into every new adventure, Apollo prefers to pause for a moment, take everything in, and decide exactly what's worth investigating. Give him a little time, though, and you'll quickly discover the playful, toy-loving kitten that's been waiting just beneath the surface!

You'll see this handsome little tabby start off by quietly observing his surroundings before the wand toy wins him over completely. Once he's comfortable, it's all pounces, playful swats, and curious little adventures that show just how much fun this sweet boy can be.

Apollo is approximately 4 months old and is a handsome brown and black tabby. As with all rescue kittens, his age and breed are simply our best educated guess.

Apollo comes from a litter of three and has been with his foster family since the day he was born, so he's already learned what life in a loving home is all about. He's litter box trained, comfortable spending time in a crate when needed, and rides quietly in his kennel during car trips. He also shares his foster home with a dog and has done a wonderful job learning to peacefully coexist!

At home, Apollo is known as the playful one. He loves wrestling with his brothers, chasing toys across the room, and making the most of kittenhood. Wand toys are easily one of his favorites, and if treats happen to make an appearance, you've officially become much more interesting. A few tasty snacks and a fun toy are often all it takes to help him settle into a new environment.

One thing his foster absolutely loves is how devoted this litter is. Apollo and his brothers happily trail behind their foster from room to room, always curious about what the humans are doing and hoping to be part of it. It's a sweet little habit that perfectly captures his affectionate nature.

Apollo would love a family that understands some of the best friendships don't happen in the first five minutes. Give him a little patience, offer a feather wand or a favorite treat, and you'll soon have a playful little sidekick who's eager to be part of your day. He's already adjusted beautifully to home life and is more than ready to begin his next chapter with a family of his own!

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop off locations, in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!

Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call, creating a fun and personalized experience!

The adoption fee is $600 and includes all vetting: FVRCP vaccines (minimum of 2), FeLV vaccines (minimum of 2), Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, combo tested, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a health certificate deeming the kitty healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
