Chips is a charming and unforgettable 6-year-old boy with an ultra-soft gray tabby coat. Don’t be fooled by the serious face in the photo, this boy is outgoing, affectionate and one-of-a-kind!
Although he is very easygoing, Chips has no shortage of confidence and spark. He especially loves attention from humans and wants to hang with them often. A squishy human lap to snuggle in a must for Chips. He loves to give affection and purr loudly when he is loved on. He’s a master biscuit maker and can carry on back-and-forth conversation with humans with his meows.
Chips has lived with multiple cats in the past, and has had no issues getting along with the cats in his foster home. He seems to genuinely enjoy the company of his cat friends without being too dominant. He loves toy mice and pawing at interactive toys with his cat buddies. Chips was previously adopted a few years ago but returned through no fault of his own. His last family loved him dearly but sadly had to give him up because their worsening health issues made it difficult for them to care for any animals. So he’s looking for his forever home and the humans who will return all the love and joy he gives to them.
Chips will need a home with humans he can adore and who can give him the affection he deserves. He is good with other cats and would probably do best in a home with at least one other friendly cat who is social. He will also need a safe outdoor space to scamper about next to his humans in the summertime. He does great with the big, docile dogs in his foster home, so he’d probably be ok with dogs if they aren’t aggressive or up in his business all the time.
