Spike is a lovely lilac point Siamese with piercing blue eyes. He is the big boy of his litter. He’s not just the biggest in size but he’s also the trailblazer. He was the first to use a litter box. He’s the first to try a new food. He was the first to learn how to use his purr motor to enchant a human. While he can wrestle and romp as much as his siblings, he’s the calmest of them and has a real big brother vibe. Sometimes he just likes to sit back and keep an eye on things. Spike recently discovered that he likes belly rubs. Spike’s motto is “You can call me anything but late for lunch”.
Spike was born on June 25 th in a litter of four and raised in foster care. His momma was a superb, attentive cat momma who taught her kittens the virtues of personal cleanliness and good litter box habits. Spike has never known a day without food or love. He’s been handled, played with and kissed every day since his birth. He’s well socialized and used to providing “kitten therapy” for many different people. He’s energetic, playful and curious. Everything is a toy. Humans are jungle gyms. Spike loves it when people wear skirts because they make the best hiding place from which to ambush siblings.
Spike has never met a dog so he doesn’t know if he likes them or not. On the other hand, he’s never met a human toddler he didn’t tolerate. But to be fair, he’s only ever met one human toddler and that child was very well behaved. Spike has been neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is up to date on vaccines.
Spike will need someone who can provide lots of play time. He’d love to go to a home with one of his siblings, Gizmo or Mangle, if possible.
