Meet Cecil - The Blue-Eyed Beauty in Snowboots

At just 1 year old, Cecil has already accomplished something pretty wonderful--she raised her babies with all the patience, tenderness, and devotion of an exceptional mama. Her kittens are grown, Cecil is now spayed, and this sweet girl is finally ready for something she absolutely deserves:

A family of her very own.

And trust us--Cecil knows a thing or two about love.

This gorgeous Siamese Snowshoe mix has the most breathtaking blue eyes and beautiful markings, but we're not entirely convinced "Snowshoe" adequately describes those fabulous white feet. Cecil isn't wearing snowshoes.

This girl showed up in snowboots.

Her name reminds us of Cecile Richards, a Texas-born woman known for her confidence, determination, and larger-than-life presence. Our Cecil may have a much softer agenda--cuddles, affection and finding the best seat in the house--but she has that same unmistakable presence. You notice her the moment she walks into a room.

A Siamese Heart With a Snowshoe Twist

Snowshoe cats combine some of the most wonderful characteristics associated with Siamese-type cats with a personality that is often affectionate, social and deeply connected to their people. They tend to be intelligent, curious cats who enjoy being part of whatever their humans are doing.

Cecil certainly got the people-loving gene.

Pick her up and she'll happily let you cradle her like a baby. After spending her young life taking care of babies, perhaps she's decided it's finally her turn to be the baby--and we think she's earned it.

She is incredibly loving, gentle and affectionate. Those brilliant Siamese-blue eyes seem to look straight through you, and once she settles into your arms, it's pretty difficult not to fall completely in love.

Cecil is the kind of cat who reminds us why mama cats are so special. She gave everything she had to her babies.

Now it's Cecil's turn to be someone's baby.
