Meet Frannie!

This gorgeous fluffy white girl is impossible to overlook, especially with those striking, almost dragon-like eyes that give her a truly one-of-a-kind look.
Frannie is curious and independent and likes to explore life on her own terms. Treats are a great way to get her attention, and when she's happy and comfortable, she'll reward you with her impressive purr motor.
