GETTING TO KNOW ME
Quill is a gorgeous guy who knows how cute he is! All he wants is to be around his people and be doted upon with pets and treats! First thing in the morning, Quill will greet you by rubbing on your legs and flopping over for pets and belly rubs! During the day, Quills found curled up snoozing in a cat tree. Come nighttime, Quill is very active and will run full speed to chase his favorite toys! Quill also loves to play with wand toys - especially feathers!
Quills honestly a very mild mannered cat and gets along with every cat he has met. He is not one to cuddle up or wrestle with cats, but Quill enjoys others company and an occasional round of chase. We've never seen him with dogs, but due to him somewhat chill nature, we don't think he would love a dogs energy in his home. Respectful teenagers would be fine in his forever home, but he can start off a little withdrawn. Right now, he's used to a quiet, easy-going home life and lots of playing when he feels the urge!
Quill has a fine, coarsely textured white coat which stays relatively clean! He enjoys brushing so far. Quills eyes produce a thick, dark discharge which will need to be cleaned daily. He is doing well with his daily Eye Envy wipes, but sometimes would rather not be caught for cleaning if he is up and about.
Quill has great bathroom habits and uses unscented clumping clay litter. He has never had an accident and uses a large, open litterbox. He currently eats a couple different brands of kibble, but he adores pate wet food and lickable tube treats!
We recommend starting Quill in a single room, often referred to as "basecamp" with slow introductions and expansion of space at his pace. He does start off a little timid, but will soon be greeting you and flopping over wanting a belly rub! Quill cant wait to snuggle up to his new favorite people!

LOCATION AND ADOPTION
*Currently being fostered in Columbia, MO, but willing to meet adopters who are closer to one of our other foster homes in Valparaiso, IN or Oshkosh, WI
Adoption fee: $500.00.
PurrHarmony, Inc. does not ship cats. We welcome long distance adopters. Adopters must travel in person to the foster home or nearest airport to the foster home (at the discretion of the foster parent.)
