Meet Whalen, a 3-year-old male Maine Coon mix who is ready for his forever home.

Whalen came to us from a breeding hoarding situation with his siblings. very malnutritioned and skinny. While he lacked socialization initially, proper care, love, and understanding are helping his sweet personality shine through.

He is a very large boy who requires regular brushing and grooming. He would likely do well with other cats if properly introduced, but he needs a calm home with no dogs or small children. Whalen will do best with a patient adopter who will allow him to continue to flourish as he learns to relax and hang out with humans. Whalen is also quite the talker. He enjoys both wet and dry food, loves playing with toys, and likes watching wildlife out the window.
