Winnie's five kittens-Petunia, Poppy, Sunflower, Zinnia, and Rose-are an absolute blast and a half! This is one fun, playful little family, and each kitten has developed a personality all their own. Petunia and Sunflower are the resident lovebugs and will happily soak up affection. Poppy is a crazy little ball of fur and considerably more active than her siblings-she is always ready for the next adventure! Zinnia and Rose are a bit more content to watch the action from the sidelines, but bring out the toys and they are all in. Sunflower is also quite the chunky guy, with some seriously big paws, so he may be destined to become a very handsome big boy.
The kittens have done wonderfully with their foster family's resident pets, including a Great Dane, English Bulldog, puppy Golden Retriever, and a resident cat who can sometimes be particular about her friends. They've shown themselves to be adaptable, playful, and comfortable around a busy household full of furry companions.

Want to adopt a kitten? We highly recommend you consider bringing home two instead of one! Adopting kittens in pairs has been proven to be beneficial for cats' emotional and behavioral well-being and greatly improves the likelihood of long-term adopter happiness as a result. Adopting more than one kitten also reduces the risk of "Single Kitten Syndrome" (also known as Tarzan Syndrome), a symptom of under-socialization during a kitten's most formative weeks. Kittens who are under-socialized may develop aggressive tendencies toward both other animals and humans as they grow, creating lifelong behavioral issues for owners.
