Sherbert - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in York, Pennsylvania

Found at Sam's Club, Sherbert is looking for a different kind of belonging. Sherbert is a great kitten for someone who wants all those lovely kitten things-affectionate, adaptable, playful-in a slightly more mature package. He's not as underfoot as a tiny guy, but he'll still turn his purr on the moment your fingers scratch his cheeks! And rest assured he's running out the cage in search of adventure as well. If he has one request, it's that you don't make him do those stinky lime baths ever again. They turned his white fur yellow. Yuck!

Due to his backstory, we don't know Sherbert feels about living with cats, dogs, or small children. He had to be isolated during his treatment, but hasn't shown any negative reactions to the younger kittens in neighboring cages. We're sure he would be excited to have playmates-just be sure to try to take it slow to let everyone settle in! Sherbert isn't the most wild child, but we think the family for him will enjoy his wisened demeanor, and we're sure there's plenty of kitten shenanigans in store!
