Pants - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in York, Pennsylvania

Pants was part of a larger group of cats who became homeless when their owner passed away. He's still adjusting to the shelter lifestyle and gets overwhelmed with high activity by him, but in the quiet time, he's been coming out to window watch and showing his curiosity. When the staff steps out for the day, he plays with his brothers and throws toys around! With a patient family, we think Pants will learn to open his heart and love again, and blossom into a wonderful cat.

Pants was in a home with more than ten cats, though many are undoubtedly related and they must've grown up together! Pants should be good at coexisting with his fellow felines, though we don't know about dogs or small children. We recommend a slow introduction following a period of separation to help set everyone up for success. We know Pants won't be a cat for everyone, but for the family who can be patient and let him settle in, we think he'll become a silly, loving companion with a lot to say!
