Muffin Man.. Man. Is. He. SWEET. He came to us from a colony after someone noticed a wound on his back that needed some TLC. The original plan was simple: bring him in, get him patched up, and send him back on his merry way. HAHAHA. Yeah. He was never leaving. Because approximately five minutes after meeting him, everyone collectively decided that this giant baby was ours now.

And then we discovered just how extensive his wound actually was. Muffin Man had a lottt of healing to do. His wound required plenty of care, treatment, patience, and attention to get it under control and finally healed. And through all of it? The man was an absolute rock star.

If you had seen the wounds on this cat, you would have been shocked by how completely chill he was. He was the BEST patient. He tolerated everything with a level of calm that honestly felt suspicious. Meds? Fine. Treatment? Fine. Handling? Fine. Being fussed over constantly? Obviously fine. And now he's healed, feeling good, and ready for the next phase of his life: Finding his person.

Muffin Man is a giant baby. And we mean that literally. Pick him up and hold him like a baby and he is perfectly content to just...be your baby. He melts into the attention and seems to genuinely believe that being adored is a perfectly reasonable way to spend the afternoon. He's also a certified ladies' man. The kind of handsome gentleman who will look at you with those big eyes, turn on the charm, and have you filling out an application before you even realize what's happening.

He came in for a wound. He stayed because everyone fell in love with him. Now he just needs one person to fall in love with him permanently. Muffin Man is ready to be somebody's giant baby for the rest of his days.
